So I'm not really into this kind of thing in the way that some are, but this whole project has been super cool to watch. Today they laid the cement, which involved wheelbarrow after wheelbarrow full.
It took 3 cement truck trips for all the cement they used--1 for the footings and 2 for the surface. If I remember correctly, the trucks held 8 yard each and we used
7 out of the first one and then 4 out of the second.I love the shawdow of the tree on the cement...
