I know it's a kid thing, but Eddie sure loves to put things in and take them out of containers. In particular, he loves taking things out of the kitchen drawers. Pictured here are the contents of "his" drawer and then the drawer above, filled with 'soft' items. Off camera to the right are the contents of the drawer with all his cups, bibs, and the like. I could only capture so much in the photo. Now to get him to want to put the things back into the drawers...

Strangers reading your blog would think you're spending all your time in the kitchen cooking up delicious and nutritious meals for your family!
While the rest of us know that you're spending all your time in the kitchen geeking out in front of the computer.
Doesn't matter -- we know that Eddie is going to grow up with computer skills to match his cooking skills.
I should probably store the camera somewhere besides the kitchen too. But yes, we do have our quality and quantity time in the kitchen--which is why there are so many toys stored in there.
btw, I have now made dinner 2 nights in a row and we're all still alive.
